This workshop is in English. In the workshop “A journey through India” we”ll make an opulent buffet of famous dishes from all over India. You can bring in your own requests for the menu.

In the introduction Rada will explain about Indian, Vedic and Ayurvedic cooking, and the differences between them, and about the wholesome effect of spices and herbs.
We’ll make a great buffet of dishes from all over India, including dahl, panir, ghi, curries, chutney, raïta, curried rice, a savoury and one of the famous Indian sweets. You can bring in a request for your own favourites.
All dishes are 100% vegetarian and we use where possible only organic ingredients.
