Workshop in English “Ayurvedic Cooking”

Friday February 8th in Amsterdam

The Vedic kitchen is the original kitchen of India, and by nature 100% vegetarian. Ayurveda is the Health Science of this Vedic culture. The wisdom of Ayurveda is naturally imbedded in the Vedic kitchen. Thanks to this and the use of spices, and pure, organic products this way of cooking is a blessing for your health.
And, moreover… the most delicious  vegetarian food on earth!

From 17:00 – 21:00 u.

Rada explains about the Vedic culture, Ayurveda and the importance of using herbs and spices in cooking. After the introduction we make a wonderful menu consisting of curries, dahl, chutney, raïta, spiced rice, savoury, Indian bread, sweets etc.

All basics like making ghi, garam masala, dahl and panir are included in the menu.
If you have a special request for the menu, just ask. If it fits in the menu, we will make it.

All of Rada’s workshops are 100% vegetarian and fit for vegans on request.
If possible, we use organic products only
We conclude our cooking session with a delicious meal together
